Empower Her Community – Inner Circle Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Agreement
By purchasing an Inner Circle membership with Empower Her Community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the smooth running of the community for all members.

1. Membership Access
Upon successful purchase, members receive immediate access to the Inner Circle membership platform, community spaces, resources, and member benefits.
As access is granted instantly upon purchase, all memberships are considered active from the date of payment.

2. Membership Inclusions
Membership inclusions may vary over time but can include:
* In-person networking events
* Virtual networking sessions
* Accountability calls
* Member-led masterclasses
* Community discussion spaces
* Visibility and collaboration opportunities
* Educational resources and business support
Empower Her Community reserves the right to evolve, update, or modify membership offerings at any time in order to continue improving the community experience.

3. Membership Terms
Members may purchase either:
* Monthly recurring memberships
* Fixed-term memberships (such as 3-month, 6-month, or annual options)
Fixed-term memberships are commitment-based membership options offered at a reduced rate and cannot be cancelled partway through the agreed membership term.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to the Inner Circle platform, community, resources, events, and member benefits, all membership payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
* Change of mind
* Lack of use
* Schedule conflicts
* Business or personal circumstance changes
* Failure to attend events, calls, or masterclasses
Refunds will not be provided for partially used membership periods or unused time remaining on a membership term.

5. Membership Renewals & Cancellations
Recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Members are responsible for managing their own membership, billing details, and cancellation settings through their membership profile.
Cancelling a membership prevents future renewals only and does not generate refunds for current or previous billing periods.
If a member requests Empower Her Community to manually process, manage, or cancel their membership on their behalf, a $50 NZD administrative processing fee will apply.

6. Membership Access & Networking Event Booking Codes
Active paying Inner Circle members receive complimentary access to eligible Empower Her Community networking events through the use of member-only booking codes provided within the membership platform.
These member-only booking codes are strictly for active paying members only.
If a membership has expired, been cancelled, or become inactive for any reason, the individual is no longer entitled to use member-only booking codes or access complimentary member tickets.
Non-members and inactive members are still welcome to attend eligible Empower Her Community networking events by purchasing a standard public ticket.
Use of member-only booking codes after a membership has expired, been cancelled, or become inactive is considered unauthorised use of membership benefits.
Empower Her Community reserves the right to:
* Cancel any incorrectly booked complimentary tickets
* Charge the applicable standard public ticket price
* Recover unpaid event fees
* Refuse entry where a valid ticket has not been purchased
* Restrict access to future Empower Her Community events, memberships, or services where misuse continues
Any misuse or sharing of member-only booking codes may result in removal from the community and restriction from future participation.

7. Community Conduct
Empower Her Community is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and collaborative environment.
Members are expected to engage respectfully with others within the community, events, and online spaces.
Empower Her Community reserves the right to remove members from the community if behaviour is considered inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or misaligned with the values of the community. In such circumstances, refunds will not be issued.

8. Event Participation
Membership includes access to selected events and sessions; however, attendance is not guaranteed and depends on member availability and scheduling.
Empower Her Community is not responsible for a member’s inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts.
Event dates, speakers, hosts, locations, and formats may occasionally change.

9. Intellectual Property
All Empower Her Community branding, materials, resources, recordings, and community content remain the intellectual property of Empower Her Community unless otherwise stated.
Content, training, and materials shared by members during member-led masterclasses or community sessions remain the intellectual property of the respective member. However, by participating in Empower Her Community events, masterclasses, or membership spaces, members grant Empower Her Community permission to share, promote, record, reproduce, and distribute related content for community, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Community resources, recordings, and materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared externally without permission.

10. Changes to Membership Terms
Empower Her Community reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.
