Our journey together started when we both made the bold move from the UK to Auckland, bonding over the challenges and excitement of starting fresh in a new place. Our friendship is the heart of Empower Her, creating a community that’s as much about connection as it is about business. We’re the yin to each other’s yang, bringing balance and complementary strengths to everything we do, making Empower Her a truly special place for women to thrive together.
Why we created Empower Her
Founders - Victoria & Charlotte
Simple – we were searching for real, raw connections with like-minded women in business. We wanted more than just surface-level networking; we craved meaningful conversations and valuable insights that would propel our businesses forward.
When we couldn't find a community that truly resonated with our values, we decided to create our own – and so, Empower Her was born (June 2023).
We are deeply committed to embracing inclusivity and creating a sense of belonging for all. We believe in creating an environment where every woman feels not just welcomed, but embraced – where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. This commitment is woven into the fabric of everything we do, from our networking events to our online community and beyond.
