Why we created Empower Her
Founders - Victoria & Charlotte
Simple – we were searching for real, raw connections with like-minded women in business. We wanted more than just surface-level networking; we craved meaningful conversations and valuable insights that would propel our businesses forward.
When we couldn't find a community that truly resonated with our values, we decided to create our own – and so, Empower Her was born (June 2023).
We are deeply committed to embracing inclusivity and creating a sense of belonging for all. We believe in creating an environment where every woman feels not just welcomed, but embraced – where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment.
